About the Class Etiquette

 About the Class Etiquette

In our classes we have the following norms:

  • Do not interrupt the group work if your arrive late.
  • Try to focus on the techniques that are being worked during the group training, leave personal drilling and questions for the time we have at the beginning of each class where everyone can work on problems and specialization.
  • Follow the recommendations that the person leading the class has given to new people. It is good to help but if everyone gives different ideas to a new person for solving specific problems this person can get confused and overwhelmed.
  • Don't come to class if you have a serious and or contagious skin or respiratory infection.
  • Don't work on questions and problems after each round cause you will break the rythm of the session for all the training couples, instead leave your questions or suggestions for the end of the class.
  • Try to come to class with a clean gi or grappling cloth.
  • Keep your finger and toenails trimmed.
