About the forbidden submissions in our classes.

Although in competitions regulated by the IBJJF these restrictions are different, in our classes the following movements and submissions are forbidden for all levels.

  • Slam
  • Can opener
  • Heel Hook
  • Scissors to the knees
  • Wristlocks 
  • Cervical submissions(Twister, Peruvian Choke)

For White belts:

The previous ones and also:

  • Biceps and Calf Compressions
  • Guard Pull jumping
